No Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. Please check these details carefully before you buy:

- Quantity
- Shipping address
Once you place your order, we can’t change these details.
Canceling Orders
You can cancel within 6 hours after placing your order. After this time, we may have already started making or shipping your items.
- We charge a 10% fee for cancellations

Returns and Refunds
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from when you get your order to return it. After 30 days, we can’t give refunds.
When You Can Get a Refund
We’ll give you a full refund if:
- You bought the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or you changed your mind
- Your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Broken
- With the wrong design
- In the wrong size
- Made with different material than shown
- As the wrong item
- Different from what our website showed
Return Condition Rules
Your returned items must:
- Not be worn or washed
- Not be changed in any way
- Not have damage you caused
- Have all original tags
- Be in original packaging
Note: Small loose threads that can be easily cut are not a reason for returns.
What We Need to Process Your Refund
Please send us:
- Your shipping label/receipt
- Proof you bought the item
- Clear photos of the product
- Copies of emails with our support team
How to Return an Item
- Email [email protected] with your refund request and the documents listed above
- Wait for our team to respond (2-3 business days)
- After we approve, pack your items carefully
- Ship using a carrier that gives tracking
- Send us your tracking number or a photo of your return receipt
Important: Don’t send returns without getting our approval email first. We won’t refund unauthorized returns.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You need to pay for return shipping. We don’t cover this cost in your refund.
Getting Your Money Back
- We process refunds within 2 business days after getting your return
- You’ll get an email when we issue your refund
- The money usually takes 10-15 business days to show in your account (timing depends on your bank)
If you don’t see your refund after this time:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company
- If you still don’t see it, email [email protected] and we’ll respond within 2-3 business days
Lost Return Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping. Always use tracking and share the number with us.
