Exchange Policy

We do not support exchanges. Customers are required to confirm all details regarding size, design, quantity, and address before placing an order. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect item selection.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may already be in processing or shipping.

  • Cancellation Fee: 10% of the total order value.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Time Frame for Returns

Our return policy is effective for 30 days after the order has been delivered.
After this period, the order will be considered accepted by the customer, and no reimbursement will be provided.

Eligible Return & Refund Cases

We will issue a full refund if:

  • You purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or you no longer want the item.
  • The item arrives in any of the following conditions:
    • Damaged upon arrival
    • Shattered or broken
    • Incorrect design (not as ordered)
    • Incorrect size (not as ordered)
    • Different material than described
    • Wrong item received
    • Not as described in the original product listing

Product Condition for Returns

Returned item(s) must NOT:

  • Have been worn or washed
  • Be modified in any way
  • Have defects not caused by us
  • Be missing original tags
  • Have minor loose threads that can be easily cut/repaired

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Proof Required for a Refund

To process your refund, please provide:
1.Shipping label/receipt
2.Proof of purchase
3.Clear photo of the received product
4.Email correspondence with our support team

How to Request a Return & Refund

  3. Once approved, pack your items carefully and return them using a traceable shipping carrier.
  4. Send your return tracking number or a photo of the return receipt to our support email.

Important:

  • Do NOT return any package without email confirmation from us. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
  • We are not responsible for lost return packages. Please ensure you send us the tracking number.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will not be included in the refund.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive your return.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
  • Refunds typically take 10–15 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

If you haven’t received your refund after this period:

  1. Our policy lasts for 30 days since the delivery process is completed. Beyond those 30 days, the order will be considered as being accepted by the customer and no reimbursement may take place.
  2. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery and don’t have any sub-fees, except shipping cost when you send the return package.
  3. If the returned package is damaged or lost during return shipping, we will not be responsible and no refunds will be issued.
